Meet The Co-Founders

Ricky Burns

Co-Founder

I began my recruitment career in 2004, specialising in hiring software engineers. Over the years, I transitioned to building and scaling recruitment teams with a focus on Product, Design, Software, Cloud, and Data Engineering. My experience spans working with start-ups and scale-ups to well-known household brands. My passion lies in leveraging my deep understanding of the technology space to add value to my clients and candidates.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children, exploring music, and immersing myself in nature.

Tony Mulcock

Co-Founder

With over two decades of experience in recruitment, I started my career in 2001 specialising in technology recruitment, placing Software Engineers within the IT Telecoms industry. Over the last 16 years, I have focused on building teams and placing top talent in the digital product space, utilising my deep industry knowledge and extensive, long-standing relationships.

Outside of recruitment, I’m an avid road cyclist who loves exploring the natural world. When I’m not cycling, I’m a proud Dad of two children who keep me on my toes and remind me of the importance of balance in life.
